World Call does not support emergency calls like 196, 191, enquiry calls like 112 etc.

If the law of your country prohibits you to use our products because you're under the age limit or just because our products are nor allowed in your country, please don't use them.

Before using any of the World Call products, please make sure you have read and agreed to the End User License Agreement, and Privacy Policy.

Content of communications: We do not control, or have any knowledge of the content of any communication(s) spread by the use of the World Call products. The content of the communication is entirely the responsibility of the person from whom such content originated.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World Call shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or confidential or other information, for business interruption, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the World Call, even if World Call has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Agreement Duration: The agreement will be effective as of the date of your acceptance thereof or as of the date of your first use of any of World Call Services and will remain effective until terminated by either party.

Termination: You may terminate your agreement with us at any time. Without limiting other remedies, Warld Call may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of World Call products, prohibit access to World Call website, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep you off World Call website if we think that you are in breach of these Terms of Service, creating problems, possible legal liabilities, acting inconsistently, infringing someone else's intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent, immoral or illegal activities. Orange shall effect such termination by preventing your access to your account and to the World Call Services.

Public Chat: You are responsible for defining the community guidelines regulating your Chat and to enforce them. You will have the responsibility to exclude any participant that you believe is in breach of such rules or is not acting properly. If someone reports any content of your chat as illegal, infringing or otherwise inappropriate, you will be responsible for taking such content down. If you decide to leave your Public Chat, it will be closed down unless you transfer the administration of it to someone else. If you do so, the new administrator will assume the exact same responsibilities, as if he had created the chat in the first place. World Call assumes no liability whatsoever in connection with your Public Chat, or any content of it.

Applicable law and competent Court: The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and applicable Courts of Amman.

Language: The original English version of this agreement may have been translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of this agreement, the English language version shall prevail.
